Experience spans a wide variety of industries including aerospace, automotive, nuclear, pharmaceutical, fiber optics, nano technology, bio-pharmaceutical, and semiconductor. He is an ASNT Level III in MSLT and a Level II in PT, VT
Mike Gardner a.k.a. Magic NDT Manager
His career started in 1999 in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear engineering electrician and transferred his electrical theory experience to NDT testing specializing in the disciplines of PT, MT, ET, UT, RT, VT with a special concentration on eddy current tubing analysis and aviation. Mr. Gardner is a Level II in PT, MT, ET, UT, RT, VT

E. Shane LaPann CWI & NDT Level III
His career started in 1993 welding, working as a weld inspector manufacturing and determining quality assurance conformances. Mr. LaPann is a CWI and a NDT Level III in PT, MT, UT, VT with experience in radiography and specializing in Ultrasonics. An expert in structural steel inspections and a member of AWS fabrication and inspection subcommittees.
